Tea has been a mainstay of my days for as long as I can remember. It anchors me at times in a way nothing else can.
My tea ritual has become a lesson in meditation.
It is in these moments, waiting for the kettle to boil, gently warming the pot, choosing which cup to drink from, where I feel most present and grounded. For those few minutes there is nothing else to do and nowhere else to be, but right there.
A practice of presence, where I feel connected to the Divine and my Souls Consciousness.
With each sip, I become more grounded, more peaceful and more aware of the vastness of the universe and my place in it.
I feel more in touch with my true authentic self.
The Tea Sessions were created out of this space: this space of divine connection. It is this connection to wisdom and higher consciousness that I now offer to you.
