With a strong emphasis on exploration of both masculine and feminine energies, the Circles of Love are designed to expand your understanding and awareness of your soul frequency.

We all have both masculine and feminine energies within us. We are a unique and individual balance of the two energies, regardless of our gender. When we work in harmony with our natural state of being we gain a deep sense of presence, allowing us to inhabit the NOW moment with grace.

These energies are in constant flow. Like dancers they weave their way throughout our being, rising and falling with a tidal rhythm which matches the flow of our lives.

We need access to both these energies to move powerfully in life. Yet often we find ourselves stuck in one more than the other. In these Circles we will explore the patterns, beliefs, and behaviours which are keeping us out of balance. Bringing new teachings to your awareness so that you may expand and hold higher vibrations of Love in new ways.
