Energy Mentoring is all about creating change within your awareness.
We can’t change what we aren’t aware of. So we look at your beliefs, what you ‘think’ you know, and dismantle rules and structures that act to contain you.
Your energetic structure supports you wherever you are at. However sometimes it needs a little tweaking or an upgrade so that you can be supported by more expansively and in alignment with your dreams and goals.
The focus can be on your business or project (your energy, the business energy, and the shared energy between you), identifying any misalignments and bringing all parts of you into a coherent and high level frequency.
This brings opportunity for inspiration and expanded perspectives to move you into further creativity and expression. All of which becomes integrated and embodied over the course of the day as we make energetic changes in real time.
It can also be a day focussed on you personally. Who you are as an individual, who you want to be, and the energy shifts and upgrades needed to bring you into personal alignment with your highest frequency and timeline.
This isn't always easy work. We go gently when we need to and deeply when required, so you can align to the experience you want. Every step of the way you are held and supported by me, and by my connection to Source Intelligence.

Expansion can be slowed and limited through our inability to believe ourselves capable of experiencing a big change, or big energy, in all its fullness, in all its power.

This is a day to focus on the upgrading and expansion of your light body. Your ability to hold more light determines your ability to create. Through bringing understanding into your conscious awareness what you create takes form more rapidly.
Without connection to an expanded view of yourself, entering into growth and evolution is difficult and clunky. There is an absence of flow.

Being open to receive the level of flow you're desiring, requires courageous vulnerability. This day is an anchoring of that courage into your heart so that your dreams and gifts have a fire lit underneath them. This fire fuels your forward momentum, giving rise to enhanced perception, insight and purpose.

Through connection with higher frequencies we create a highly emotive space where opening your heart to possibilities is a simple matter of stepping into an elevation of the senses, both physical and non-physical.
